MISSOULA – A four-vehicle crash near the University of Montana College of Technology snarled traffic and sent one person to the hospital on Tuesday evening.
The extent of their injuries is unknown.
The Missoula Police Department issued a road closure alert near the College of Technology due to the crash. A MEANS alert was issued just before 7 p.m, but was later lifted.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
