MISSOULA – Missoula celebrated the annual Parade of Lights on Saturday evening.
The daylong event finished with the lighting of the downtown Christmas tree at the Red X’s at the end of North Higgins.
There was hot cocoa and caroling at Circle Square on Higgins to cap off a celebration that brought family-friendly activities and festivities like crafts for kids and ornament making.
Santa was also spotted downtown. There were sleigh rides around town there was also a holiday scavenger hunt at the annual Festival of Trees — an exhibit of decorated Christmas trees.
The parade lit up the town with festive music and of course, lights the floats which were designed by community members and organizations to bring holiday cheer to downtown.w
