MISSOULA – An annual festival in Missoula celebrating Celtic culture won’t be happening this summer.
Organizers Shannon and Bob Lukes tell KPAX that last year was the final summer for Celtic Festival Missoula.
The Lukes’ say that for “personal reasons” they can no longer continue to provide the event for the community.
Celtic Festival Missoula had been held for the past nine years at Caras Park. The annual event offered live music, dance and a variety of food vendors.
A license plate supporting the Celtic community and children in need will still be available at to purchase at the Motor Vehicle Division.
