The intersection of England Boulevard and Flynn Lane is now closed, as work on the water main is completed.
Detour signs and temporary stop controls are present at intersections along Mary Jane Boulevard and Fleet Street to direct traffic around the intersection.
Project managers say the closure is expected to be in place for three-to-five days.
