UPDATE: 7:00 pm, 12/28/19 - Northbound Higgins Avenue is now open
Just after 5 pm on Saturday, a vehicle crash forced the northbound lane of Higgins Avenue to close from Pine Street to Spruce Street.
An SUV is on its side on the sidewalk in front of the Bicycle Hangar in the 400 block of North Higgins.
No word yet on injuries or the cause of the crash. We will update as we get more information
