RED LODGE – The Beartooth Pass is completely closed for the season due to continued adverse weather conditions, according to the Montana Department of Transportation.
The pass is planned to open on May 24th, Memorial Day Weekend.
The MDT said travelers going to Cook City and the northeast entrance of Yellowstone National Park can take Chief Joseph Highway to the US 212 junction then west to Cook City.
