BILLINGS – Five days after a crash north of the Miles City Municipal Airport, a Montana woman died Thursday from her injuries.

Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Brandon Kelm says the woman was driving southbound on Montana Highway 59 Saturday when she crossed the center line and exited the roadway from the left side.

She crashed through a fence and then the vehicle flew into the air. It flipped and landed on its roof.

The woman was wearing her seat belt and alcohol is not suspected as a factor in the crash.

The Montana Highway Patrol is still investigating what caused the woman to leave the road.

Her age, name and where she’s from has not been released.
