Authorities have released the name of the teen who died in a weekend accident near Helena.
Lewis & Clark County Sheriff Leo Dutton says that Shelby Descharme, 15, died in the crash that happened Saturday morning on York Road east of Helena.
Sheriff Dutton that the death was accidental, and the cause of death was the result of blunt force trauma.
Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Brian Inman told MTN News that the girl was headed west on York Road when her vehicle went off the right side of the road and collided with a driveway approach near LaSalle Lane.
The vehicle rolled over and Descharme, who was not wearing her seat belt, was thrown from the vehicle.
