Landslide closes road south of Darby

UPDATE 6:18 p.m. — One traffic lane is now open on West Fork Road near mile marker 13, according to the Ravalli County Sheriff.

Motorists are being advised to drive extremely slow and carefully in the area.


DARBY – West Fork Road south of Darby is closed around mile marker 13 due to a landslide.

The Ravalli County Sheriff is reporting power is out in the area and both the power company and the road department are working to clear the highway.

One lane should be open around 8 p.m. Tuesday night.
