FLORENCE — The Florence Carlton School District issued a mountain lion warning on Friday morning.
In a text sent to parents, school officials note that they have received a report of a mountain lion near Sweeney Creek.
Parents are being urged to "take necessary precautions" especially with students who are headed to the bus stop.
