KALISPELL — Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks (FWP) is expanding the boat ramp at Logan State Park.
During it's development it will be closed for the following 45 days.
The project is scheduled to begin April 1 and be completed by May 15.
During that time, the ramp will not be available for launching boats, but an alternative launch site is located about a half-mile east of the state park at the Thompson Chain of Lakes State Recreation Area.
This is a primitive launch so it does not have a concrete ramp or courtesy dock for launching.
Logan State Park is located on the north shore of Middle Thompson Lake off U.S. Highway 2 between Libby and Kalispell.
