It wasn't a typical rescue Wednesday morning for the Marion Fire District.
District members responded to a public service call for a horse named Nina that had laid down during the night between some trees and became stuck.
With help from Nina's owners, responders got her safely back on her feet.
Her owners are happy to report that Nina is doing well.
