(UPDATE, 7:45 p.m., 2/2/2021) The Missing/Endangered Person Advisory for the Spokane woman who reported to Lake County authorities that she had been kidnapped by her boyfriend has been updated to reflect new vehicle and location information.

The Lake County Sheriff's Office reported that 20-year-old Korrine Peterson and 34-year-old John Monday are in a gray 2012 Jeep Liberty with Washington plates: BSV2265.

Their last location was determined to be on Highway 200 and possibly headed for Highway 135 South. Officials believe Peterson and Monday may be headed back to the Spokane, Washington area.

The first MEPA regarding Peterson was issued Monday evening after she called Lake County 911 to report that Monday, her boyfriend, had kidnapped her and was abusing her.

Authorities pinged Peterson's cell phone to the Polson area, but the phone was powered off preventing any further information.

Peterson is Native American with brown hair and hazel eyes. She is 5’6” tall and weighs approximately 180 pounds.

Monday is described as white with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is 5’7” tall and weighs 190 pounds.

Anyone with information about Peterson or Monday is asked to call 911 or the Lake County Sheriff's Office at (406) 883-7301.

(1st Report, 8:23 a.m., 2/2/2021) A Missing Endangered Person Advisory (MEPA) has been issued for a 20-year-old Spokane woman who reported to Lake County authorities Monday that she had been kidnapped by her boyfriend.

The alert states Korrine Marie Peterson called Lake County 911 to report her boyfriend, 34-year-old John James Monday, had taken her against her will and was abusing her.

Authorities pinged Peterson's cell phone to the Polson area, but the phone was powered off preventing any further information.

Lake County Sheriff Don Bell said on Monday that at the time of the call, it was believed they were in a remote area of western Lake County, possibly the Irvine Flats area.

Officials were unable to locate the pair on Monday.

Peterson is Native American with brown hair and hazel eyes. She is 5’6” tall and weighs approximately 180 pounds.

Monday is described as white with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is 5’7” tall and weighs 190 pounds.

They are possibly traveling in a red two-door sedan with either Washington or Idaho plates.
