MISSOULA — The Land Use and Planning Committee for the City of Missoula will be taking up another rezoning conversation this week.
Members will meet on Wednesday to discuss the rezoning of 57.5 acres of land north of Mullan Road next to the Pleasant View neighborhood.
The proposal is to change the current zoning of Residential Medium to Neighborhood Mixed Use and would significantly increase the number of units originally proposed for this area.
There will be two meetings on Wednesday about this possible change.
The first will take place at 9:35 a.m. in the Missoula City Council Chambers on West Pine Street and the second will occur at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Crosspoint Church on Mullan Road.
This meeting will be with the WGM Group, which will describe its plans for the space if rezoning passes.
