MISSOULA – Sentinel High School says it is investigating graffiti containing ” non-specific threatening language” that was found written on a wall in the men’s bathroom by the gym.

Sentinel High School Principal Ted Fuller said that when threats are reported, the school starts an investigation and completes a threat assessment, but that the school plans to remain open on Tuesday.

Fuller said that Missoula Police are also aware of the situation.

“Safety for students and staff is a top priority. Missoula Police Department and Sentinel Administration request that you and your students report any suspicious, concerning, or unusual activity or behavior,” Fuller said. “Awareness and communication are key to keeping our school safe.”
