Leaf viewing forecast looks dry, warm until weekend

Changes move in Saturday

MISSOULA — Not much has changed this week from last.

High pressure remains the story of our forecast through Thursday afternoon.

This means we can expect to layer up for cooler nights and warmer days!

Clear skies allow sunshine to warm us up into the 70s through the work week, but clear skies at night mean temperatures will drop quickly after the sun goes down.

This trend will likely through Thursday until high pressure starts to break down.

We will see a few more clouds on Friday as highs reflect cooler temperatures, too.

Friday’s highs will be in the mid to upper 60s.

Saturday rain chances return.

Rain chances move back into the forecast later Saturday afternoon and evening, and highs will drop to the 60s and 50s for the weekend.

Expect a cooler and wetter forecast heading into the weekend and later next week, but until then, enjoy the sunshine, changing leaves, and warmer than average temperatures.
