MISSOULA — It has been a soggy end to our workweek, and showers stick around through Friday night.
Saturday morning will start out with a few clouds on the horizon, but another round of scattered showers returns to the forecast Saturday evening.
These will not be a washout like we’ve seen Thursday and Friday afternoons, but do expect to run into a shower here and there around 7-9 PM Saturday night.
High pressure builds in for the rest of our extended forecast.
Temperatures will continue to warm slowly through next week as well.
Highs on Saturday go from the mid to upper 50s to the low 60s Sunday.
We slowly climb a degree or two each day through next week, and by next Friday highs return to upper 70s and low 80s.
Our extended outlook looks to have a drier and warmer than average trend for the end of September and beginning of October.
