MISSOULA — Snow moves out for the weekend, but we keep mostly cloudy to partly cloudy skies overhead.
Highs in valleys stay in the upper 20s and low 30s which is cooler than average for this time of year.
Looking at overnight low values are when things get chilly.
Teens will be in the valley’s forecast for coolest temperatures of the day, but in upper elevations valleys along the Divide (Essex, Seeley Lake, Swan Lake, Georgetown Lake, Philipsburg…etc.) we could see lows dip as low as the negative single digits.
On overall dry pattern sets up in our forecast through early next week.
Cooler than average temperatures also stick around for the next few days.
Isolated snow chances return to Western Montana later next week.
