MISSOULA — Pockets of snow continue to fall in Western Montana.
While snow accumulation will not be significant, road conditions will be very hazardous.
Slick roads are expected into Friday night and Saturday morning.
Winter Weather Advisories have been issued through most of Western Montana until Saturday at 8 AM.
We are looking closer to 1-2” in the Missoula, Flathead, Mission, and Bitterroot valleys, 2-4” along I-90 east of Missoula, 2-4” Lookout and Lolo Pass, and 2-5” east of Flathead Lake.
Again, pockets of snow will continue to fall throughout Friday.
Snow moves out Saturday, but slick roads are still possible.
Expect fast changing conditions as some roads under these pockets of snow are listed as icy and snowy by the Montana Department of Transportation.
Below are a list of road condition resources that will be helpful Friday night and Saturday morning for your travel plans.
