Besides a spotty shower, expect 50s and sunshine

MISSOULA — Widespread showers fell across most of Western Montana this afternoon.

These weren’t those washout showers, but if you were out on a long walk or hike you probably ran into some snow before it was all over with.

Between clouds, the sun was nice and bright and helped melt off a lot of that snow we saw accumulate two days ago.

Tomorrow widespread showers are out of the forecast.

A lot more sun returns, although you will still see the occasional passing cloud.

A spotty shower is also possible, but it’ll be a nice day to get back in the backyard and enjoy some outdoor time!
Highs Saturday will be in the mid to upper 40s.

By Sunday the warming trend continues.

Again dodging a few spotty showers, but Sunday will be in the upper 40s and low 50s!! Finally on the way back to average.

Usually this time of year we are topping out in the mid 50s, but by the middle of next week we will be in the mid 50s to low 60s!

Time to find the sandals and short-sleeve shirts, because we track Spring-like temperatures right back in our forecast! Enjoy the weekend- at a safe distance!
