POLSON — Two people were arrested this past weekend in connection to the death of a 63-year-old man near Pablo.
Prosecutors are now waiting for the Montana State Crime lab to finish this autopsy before filing charges.
Lake County Attorney Steve Eschenbacher is waiting for the autopsy report of the victim, Gyme Kelley of Ronan who was found dead in a camper over the weekend.
Deputies were dispatched to an unresponsive male in a camper around 3:30 p.m. on Saturday on Mud Creek Lane. The camper was at an RV park between Ronan and Pablo.
An ensuing investigation determined his death was due to homicide and two people have been arrested in connection to the case. William Lowrey Hesse, 53, has been arrested and charged with deliberate homicide while a female was also arrested on an outstanding warrant.
MTN News asked who this female was and we were told they will not release her identity. Eschenbacher added they hope to have the charges filed by the end of this week.
According to paperwork filed in Lake County Justice Court, Hesse is not from Montana and shows he resided in Denver. The Lake County Sheriff's Office is conducting the investigation and we hope to have more of a narrative in the coming days.
