MISSOULA — Our Student of the Week for Nov. 6, 2019 is Shelby Smith who is a senior at Libby High School.
Shelby participates in junior fairs and is a four-time People's Choice Award winner.
She is the senior class president, as well as the band president.
Shelby has also made the honor roll in all four years of her high school career.
