MISSOULA - The Missoula YMCA will be holding a Senior Health Fair on Saturday, Oct. 12 from 7a.m. to 10 a.m. Local health organizations will provide health education, labs, and resources to seniors in the greater Missoula community. The event is open to the public and admission for attendees is free. Lab fees may apply. Call (406) 721-9622 for info.

SEELEY LAKE - The next meeting of the Seeley Lake Community Council will begin with an informal meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 14 at the Barn. For further information please contact Klaus von Stutterheim, SLCC Chair, at 406-210-8576 or kvs@kvs.org.

HAMILTON - Ravalli County Public Health will be holding a walk-in in flu vaccination clinic at the Ravalli County Fairgrounds on Thursday, Oct. 17. Vaccines will be available for anyone six months or older. Most insurance plans are accepted. Without insurance the vaccine is $10. Call (406) 375-6672 for more info.

POLSON - The Polson Chamber October SPLASH (Support Late Afternoon Social Hour) sponsors are the North Lake County Library and Blodgett Creamery Coffee Saloon. The event will be held on Thursday, Oct. 17 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at North Lake County Library in Polson.

ST. IGNATIUS - CSKT Tribal Health will hold a mass flu clinic and health fair on Oct. 23. Those who are eligible for the free, all-ages clinic include: Tribal Health recipients, non-tribal members who reside in the same households as Tribal Health recipients and Tribal employees. The events will be held at the Salish Kootenai College Joe McDonald Gymnasium from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. If you have health insurance, please bring your insurance information.

MISSOULA - Purpose & possibilities is an event to celebrate the beautiful and messy world that is family life. The event will take place Friday, Oct. 25 at the Public House in Missoula. Tickets can be purchased here.

ST. REGIS - The Saint Regis Community Center will be holding their October Fall Harvest Dinner and Dance on Saturday, Oct. 26 at 6 p.m. The main meat course will be provided, with a potluck for side dishes, and the Eagle's Nest Band will be performing live music for everyone to dance to.

WHITEFISH - Celebrate the newest addition of the Whitefish Trail! The Beaver Tail Trail connects the South Beaver Loop to the lakeshore of Beaver Lake, creating a wonderful mid-ride or hike destination for a picnic, swim, or quiet moment beside the lake. A public grand opening celebration will be held at the Beaver Lake Fishing Access Site between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m on Oct. 27.

SUPERIOR - A free developmental and preschool screening will be held Tuesday, Oct. 29 at the Superior Elementary Gym. The free screening will include gross motor, fine motor, language concepts, communication concepts, communication skills, hearing and vision screening.

FLORENCE - The Florence Carlton Community Church will be holding a bazaar on Saturday, Nov. 2 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. Along with a lunch being served, attendees can shop through a bake sale, handmade items, a silent auction, and more.
