BILLINGS – The United States Marshals Service District of Montana has issued a BOLO Alert (Be-on-the-Lookout) for James Anouksone Swartzer.
Swartzer, 32, is wanted by the Montana Violent Offender Task Force for violations of conditional release on four counts of sexual assault.
According to state prison records, Swartzer has felony convictions in Yellowstone County for accountability to burglary and counterfeiting or defacing documents.
Swartzer is described as a male Asian or Pacific Islander who is 5’10" tall, weighs 190 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
