The United States Marshals Service has issued a BOLO Alert (Be-on-the-Lookout) for Garland Howe Jr.
Howe, 34, is wanted by the Montana Violent Offender Task Force for a contempt of court charge stemming from an original charge of assault with a weapon.
Howe is described as a Native American male, who is 6’1" tall, weighs 220 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
