MISSOULA – Missoula Job Service hosted this year’s Career Fair at the Hilton Garden Inn on Tuesday.
From the medical field to food services, almost every industry had some representation at the event.
There were so many employers present that some were surprised to see the turnout.
"There are a great deal more presenters here than I thought there would be and maybe that unfair of Missoula but I just didn’t have any idea that there would be this many employers or sponsors here," said job-seeker Douglas Meade.
Employers were happy just to be able to meet prospective workers face-to-face.
"It is a little expedited because I think that it says a lot to be able to shake someone’s hand and to talk to them and know what kind of person. You can tell what kind of person they are and so it does expedite it, I think. Absolutely," said Conflux Brewing owner Meghan Casqueira.
