The Greater Montana Foundation (GMF) sponsored the Republican primary candidate debate Thursday night.
The four Republican candidates for U.S. Senate, Russell Fagg, Troy Downing, Matt Rosendale and Al Olszewski were in attendance answering questions and explained how they will serve if elected.
MTN’s chief political analyst, Mike Dennison and Beth Saboe, news and public affairs producer at MontanaPBS, asked questions. GMF Vice Chair Ron Davis served as moderator.
The debate for Democratic candidates for U.S. House will be on May 3. The Montana primary election takes place on Tuesday, June 5.
