KALISPELL – The Flathead County Board of Adjustment will hold an additional public hearing Tuesday for a proposed mobile home park in Evergreen.
The West Evergreen Estates development is proposed for 33 acres south of Evergreen Drive in Flathead County, and would includes 121 units.
Despite opposition from neighbors at a public hearing in March, the board unanimously approved a conditional-use permit request to allow for the manufactured home park within the Evergreen Zoning District.
But Planning Director Mark Mussman tells MTN News that after a review of the video recording during that hearing, county legal staff decided to re-hear the request due to muffled audio.
The second hearing for the proposed mobile home park will be Tuesday at 6 p.m. on the 2nd floor Conference Room of the South Campus building located at 40th 11th Street West in Kalispell.
