BILLINGS – Police have responded to gunfire around the 1600 block of 2nd Avenue North Tuesday afternoon.
The initial call came after 4:30 p.m. Initial reports indicate one or more people have barricaded themselves inside a residence and fire a weapon. It’s unclear now if police fired back.
Police have blocked off 15th to 18th streets at 2d Avenue North.
The Bear vehicle, which is shared between Billings police and the Yellowstone County Sheriff’s Office, is on the scene. So is the SWAT Team.
