MISSOULA – A dozen miles from Missoula Snowbowl is switching gears and getting ready for the summer season.
Summer-time on the mountain means biking, Zip-lines, and scenic chairlift rides.
Zip-line manager, Andy Morris, said this time of year presents unique opportunities.
"We’re looking forward to getting some sunshine and, you know, getting people out on the mountain again. The summer is always a great season because we see a different mix of people," Morris said. "Tourists coming in and out of town and folks that maybe don’t come up to the mountain a lot in the winter."
The chairlift and Zip-line are currently open Friday through Sunday. The Zip-line will be open Thursday through Sunday after July 5th.
