KALISPELL – A prison inmate has been charged with threatening the commander at the Flathead County jail.
Ronald Kevin Lindsay, 33, now faces a felony charge.
Court documents state that Lindsay threatened the jail commander and his family after not being allowed to use the phone.
The charge carries a sentence of up to ten years in prison and a fine of up to $50,000 if Lindsay is found guilty.
Lindsay is due back in a Kalispell courtroom later this month.
