A storm that rolled through portions of eastern Montana on Saturday caused severe damage.
The National Weather Service received reports of wind gusts measuring up to 87 miles per hour.
According to the NWS, all signs point to straight-line winds and wind-driven hail as the cause of the damage.
The property damage that occurred in Froid was a result of a supercell earlier in the evening.
Many regions in eastern Montana were under severe thunderstorm warnings throughout Saturday.
