KALISPELL – Authorities have released the name of the second person who died in last week’s fatal head-on crash that happened between Kalispell and Columbia Falls.
Flathead County Sheriff Chuck Curry says that Marlow James Moschetti, 27, of Kalispell died in the Thursday afternoon accident that happened on US Highway 2 near the intersection with Conn Road.
Moschetti was the driver of the northbound vehicle that crossed the road and struck a southbound vehicle. Both vehicles were consumed by an immediate post-crash fire. The other victim had already been identified as Linda M. Turner, 57, from Sumter, South Carolina.
The Montana Highway Patrol is continuing to investigate the accident.
