This week we take a look back at the Lolo Creek fire of 2013 in the KPAX Archive. 

The lightning-sparked blaze that sparked in September eventually became the Lolo Creek Complex fire.

It burned nearly 11,000 acres and caused hundreds of evacuation in the Lolo area.

The fire also burned five homes to the ground.

It cost an estimated $12.5 million to fight the Lolo Creek Complex fire.
