Missoula police looking for armed robbery suspect

Missoula Police report that on Tuesday, May 21st around 11:30pm, officers responded to a report of an armed robbery at gas station on South Higgins Avenue.

On the Missoula Police Facebook page, they say the suspect brandished a handgun and demanded money from the cash register.

The suspect is described as a male wearing a grey “puffy” coat and a grey “beanie” with an orange logo, and black pants.

He was last seen leaving the store located on the 2100 block of South Higgins Avenue toward the alley adjacent to the store. Less than a minute after the suspect left the store, a home security system on the far end of the block captured video of a dark colored vehicle leaving in the opposite direction of the store.
