LIBBY — An additional six confirmed COVID-19 cases are being reported in Lincoln County.
Local health officials reported the new cases late Thursday afternoon. The Lincoln County Health Department notes in a social media post that results are starting to be reported from backlogged cases -- including two of the additional cases.
Below is a breakdown of the additional reported cases:
- An asymptomatic male in his 40s that had exposure to a known positive
- An asymptomatic male under 19 that had exposure to a known positive
- An asymptomatic female under 19 that had exposure to a known positive
- A symptomatic female in her 30s that had exposure to a known positive
- A symptomatic female in her 20s that had exposure to a known positive
- A symptomatic female in her 50s with unknown exposure.
There are currently 21 active COVID-19 cases in Lincoln County and 46 people have recovered. To date, a total of 69 cases and two deaths have been reported.
