Montana has now lost 514 residents due to COVID-19 as Ravalli and Cascade counties reported additional deaths Friday evening.
An elderly woman in Ravalli County with a pre-existing condition has died, according to Ravalli County Public Health. Her death marks nine total for the Bitterroot.
In north-central Montana, 48 people have now died from the virus in Cascade County as health officials reported three more deaths Friday.
Of the three deaths, two were men older than 80 and the other was a man in his 60s.
