BILLINGS — An employee at the St. John's United nursing home has tested positive for COVID-19, according to a news release from the facility.

The employee is self-isolating and has been advised to seek medical care, according to the release from St. Johns Lutheran Ministries CEO David Trost.

St. Johns will be testing all residents and employees in the building where the employee worked. St. Johns United is located on a multi-building campus on Poly Drive.

St. Johns has notified RiverStone Health and the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services and is following protocols to limit the spread of COVID-19.

The St. Johns campus in Billings has 186 nursing home beds and two transitional care centers, according to the St. John Lutheran Ministries website.
