TROY — A COVID-19 case has been confirmed in a Lincoln County school.
The Troy School District reports they were notified on Wednesday that a high school student tested positive for COVID-19.
The student was immediately quarantined as were the students who were in close contact with the positive case, according to a social media post.
The school will be disinfected over the long weekend and classes are expected to resume as normal on Monday, Oct. 19.
An additional 15 confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported by the Lincoln County Health Department on Wednesday.
