POLSON — A confirmed positive COVID-19 test of an employee has prompted the Tribal Health Polson Health Center to close immediately for deep cleaning and sanitation.

Community health nurses have been in contact with the patient and the patient's family to identify individuals who were at risk for potential exposure, according to a statement.

Individuals identified as close contacts have been notified by Community Health.

The Center will be offering limited services only, including pharmacy curbside service from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. on Tuesday.

The Polson Health Center is expected to reopen with normal business hours on Wednesday, Sept. 30.

CSKT Tribal Health encourages any community members who have questions about COVID-19 to call (406) 849-5798 weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or to send an email to COVID19@cskthealth.org.
