A man is behind bars and facing multiple felony charges after police say he moved from Indiana to Missoula to have sex with an underage girl after having “inappropriate contact” with her online. Sexually explicit photos and video of the girl were also found on his cell phone.
Johndar Raymond Barnes, 23, faces one count of sexual intercourse without consent, and two counts of sexual abuse of children, according to court documents.
Prosecutors say in court documents that other explicit pictures of underage girls were found on Barnes’ cell phone as well.
He remains in custody on $60,000 bond.
