MISSOULA – The Missoula Police Department has been receiving reports of multiple burglaries that have been happening on the west end of town.
The reports have been coming in from the 4000 to 4100 block of Mullan Road near Reserve Street.
In some instances, garage doors were forced open and found with observable damage. Some were found to have had property taken out of them.
MPD thinks that most of the break-ins happened sometime during the day on Saturday.
MPD Sgt. Travis Welsh says that the initial investigation is ongoing and they have not identified any suspects yet. He also said they are still receiving new reports from the area and that won’t have a definitive number of how many residents were robbed until all those reports are filed.
