BUTTE – A 30-year-old Butte man has been charged in connection with sending sexually explicit photos to a minor.
Police report Cody Allen Eaton is charged with sexual abuse of children for allegedly sending inappropriate photos through his cell phone to a child under 16 years old and attempting to entice the child into sexual contact.
The alleged incidents occurred in Butte between January 9 and January 15. Eaton remains jailed on $100,000 bond.
