Former Browning physician sentenced for sexual abuse of minors

Stanley Patrick Weber, a former Browning physician, was sentenced in District Court Thursday for sexual abuse of minors.

Weber was sentenced to little more than 18 years in prison with five years of supervised release.

He faced charges for two counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child, attempted aggravated sexual abuse of a child, attempted sexual abuse of a minor, and abusive sexual contact of a minor.

He was sentenced for four of the five counts.

Weber was convicted for incidents that happened between 1992 and 1995 on the Blackfeet Reservation.
