BUTTE – A former Butte physician recently pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting his patients over the last several years.
District Court records show Dr. Patrick McGree entered a guilty plea in Helena Thursday to one felony count of sexual assault in connection with inappropriate behavior with six different patients over a five-year period at his office in Butte.
McGree had been charged with other felony offenses, but those were dropped as part of this plea agreement. He will be sentenced after a pre-sentence investigation.
