ELMO - The Niarada Fire burning 12 miles west of Elmo has been fully contained as of Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2023.

All pre-evacuation warnings for Elmo and Big Arm were lifted on Monday.

There are 130 people assigned to the Niarada Fire.
