KALISPELL – A power outage in the Flathead has affected about 13,000 customers, according to Flathead Electric Cooperative.
Curtis Buckley with the Montana Department of Transportation says the outage is also affecting traffic signals in the area. He recommended that motorists reduce speeds and use extreme caution when approaching signalized intersections.
Buckley said that Flathead Electric Cooperative is working to restore power in the area.
