KALISPELL – Jon Murdock has been a master plumber for 13  years in Montana.

He told MTN News that the past three winters he’s seen a drastic rise in emergency calls because people aren’t doing preventative care on their pipes.

When he’s heading out on an emergency, Murdock tells us he’s consistently running into the same safety concerns with the snow, so he’s now asking for customer’s help.

“It’s very hard to get around in, especially driving a box truck it’s only two-wheel drive.  It’s really really hard it would be fantastic if everybody could clear their driveways really well, put street numbers on your houses so we can see you,” says Murdock.

Murdock’s truck recently got stuck in a customer’s driveway, delaying the project a day and making it unsafe for himself and his staff to get to the house.
