The Casey Truss Co. plant in East Helena was destroyed by a fire late Thursday evening.
East Helena Volunteer Fire Department was called to a structure fire on the 800 block of E. Clark Street just before 11:30 p.m. Apr. 2.
Upon arrival, firemen found a large portion of the building fully engulfed in flames.
A first alarm bell was sent out for mutual aid response from Tri-Lakes, Montana City, East Valley, Eastgate, and Fort Harrison fire departments.
Dozens of fire trucks and more than 40 volunteers responded to the fire, working well into the early hours of the Friday morning.
No one was reported in the building at the time of the fire and there were no injuries.
Sheriff Leo Dutton told MTN his office found that the fire was non-criminal and not suspicious.
The cause of fire is still being investigated.
