In a press release sent from Granite County Sheriff's Department, emergency responders were dispatched to approximately mile marker 32 on Rock Creek Wednesday afternoon for a reported drowning.
According to the press release a California woman was pronounced dead upon the arrival of responders.
The name of the woman has not been released and family have been notified.
